Paresh Shetty is a member of WLC
College’s Employer Council. He works at Hewlett Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd as Country Manager for Graphics
and Imaging Business. He has a wealth of experience and has worked for major corporate
as Xerox Modicorp Ltd, Data Product Division at L
& T, Newgen Software Pvt Ltd and Communication Links.
The
Employers Council has been the source for the course curriculum since 1998.
This format has helped us to bridge the gap between traditional course content
and the market’s need and demand.
These are his views on WLC
College Curriculum initiative:
“It looks like a good initiative,
by making the curriculum dynamic, you are preparing the student to be ready for
the current market rather than sticking to old and standard curriculum which might
not be relevant in the current environment. Also, with industry leaders and
experts as the source of curriculum design may just be the perfect way to
harness dynamism.”
