Its time to bring changes in indian education system

Indian educational system should be changed, for students so that they feel interested in education. Students in India, i would rather say students anywhere in the world are not interested in pursuing their education. Not even the primary level education, forget about the business management education. This is a grave concern. We need to bring to changes in present education system.

The syllabus should be reduced. Teachers with a zeal to teach the students should be appointed . The management should not ask for the certification of the teacher, if the teacher is capable to teach, she should be trained after the recruitment. Besides, the students are facing problems with languages like English when it comes to presentations. English has become the common mode of communication, which is troubling a lot of people.

Moreover, the level of pressure put on students these days is yet another reason that why students are dreading their education. There is an urgent need and surge to reduce on mental stress given to them so that they can take up their education with more interest.
